D'parma - Reserva de mesa

I've been dining here for 20 years. This is the first bad meal I've ever had. My friend and I came in for a late lunch. We ordered the prosciutto as an appetizer and it was excellent. I had the chicken spinach special and my friend ordered the chicken broccoli ziti. My chicken was over cooked and the sauce was watery. My friend had the same complaint about his sauce. Our waiter didn't come and check in to see if we were enjoying our meals. I know none of the regular staff were working so I'm assuming they are using new staff. Hopefully they get their act together soon.

I love DParma for the most part. The food is good, the seafood sauces are great. In the picky, but always Alfredo sauce and they usually do it very well. Waiting was long. first to get food, then check. There were about 5 more tables. This time was in Winthrop location, but the Ostboston location - at 2 separate occasions - there was a cockroache on foot on the artwork on the wall! I understand these are old buildings, but that ruined my appetite!

The chicken stall salad was surprisingly satisfying, featuring excellent chicken, to say the least. The service was decent, and I appreciated that they provided us with bread and oil as a snack. I definitely recommend the chicken stall salad, although I can't comment on the rest of the menu. The atmosphere was lovely, and it's just a short walk to the beach.

Charming little restaurant with delicious food! The menu is quite extensive, featuring subs that I found intriguing for a place like this. The prices are reasonable, and they offer outdoor seating as well. The cannoli is especially delightful!

The Winthrop location is walking from the beach with terrace seating. Appropriate price Italian food, good drink menu, and the staff was super friendly. We all had the Fusilli with Buratta and Pesto special: absolutely great.

Incredible Italian cuisine! The Marsala is the best I've ever tasted, and the Risotto is delightful. They also serve a fantastic Salmon in Pink Sauce. You can't go wrong with D'Parmas! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
