The burgers and blizzards at this restaurant are consistently delicious. However, my only complaint is the confusing drive-thru directions. I preferred it when the front entrance was closed off and we had to use the back entrance, as it made the line run more smoothly. Since the front entrance has reopened, there are cars blocking the drive-thru exit and people cutting in line. I believe it should be mandatory to use the back entrance for drive-thru orders only. As a result of the current setup, there is currently a car waiting on the road because the line is so backed up.
Whenever I am home, Dairy Queen is definitely one of my go-to stops. I have traveled all over the world and can confidently say that no other Dairy Queen beats the one in LaGrange. This weekend, we ordered 5 different meals at the drive-thru, and all 5 were prepared correctly, down to the unique sundaes we requested. They do need to work on their military discount calculation, but despite that, they still receive a 5-star rating from us. I appreciate that they offer a military discount, so I can't be too upset about it.
They would have gotten more because I love their shakes but one female got my order wrong and the other lady tried to remake my shake by filling the old milkshake with my new one. The sad part is my shake was over the trash can. I know how gross!!!!!! I asked her, did she just do that over the trash can ... she huffed and puffed. She said fine I 'll remake it ..
Stopped here for the first time and it was awesome. They were very busy and the service was still fast and super friendly. The food was hot and fresh. I will stop here again when I am in the area. Thank y’all.

I was talked down to for not accepting a medium as a large. Was told, “this is a large sir.” Never would I ever give my money to a liar like that. Makes me want to order 20 large shakes an bail.
Edit:Wasn't satisfied the other day with our order and when i came back they had it done perfectly and were so nice and professional about it. Definitely will be coming back
The food is always cooked fresh. So it's going to come with a short wait time. I don't like that you don't know your total till you get to the window.
I really enjoyed the added zing in my bacon double ranch sandwich. Mary seems to love her job as she was extremely helpful with the menu items.

Little cramped for eating in, but clean, good service, and good ice cream. (We didn't eat a meal.
Where's my lettuce?? For such little portions, you pay an arm and leg!
