Order was correct, employees were polite. But most of them were standing around. I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 cups of vanilla with sprinkles. I 'm in the car myself and I got 4 items with no lids, no bag or a carrier. Like you go to any fast food restaurant, they don 't hand your food out piece by piece. I 'm not sure if the new management is being cheap or the young employees don 't care. Again will probably steer clear of this place
Horrible management and owner. My husband was eating in DQ for the first time and did not know that yellow mustard came automatically on burgers, especially as this was not posted on the menu. He took two bites of a burger, realized there was yellow mustard on it, and asked for the sandwich to be exchanged for one with no mustard. The owner/manager refused and said he would have to pay if he wanted another one.
This restaurant typically provides an excellent experience. However, recently they've begun serving their chicken strip baskets with untoasted Texas toast, which is also heavily slathered in margarine. I've asked three times for them to toast the bread longer, but they continue to prepare it the same way.
sent inside, ordered 2 milkshake and a small French frit. I have the order after 35 minutes. in this time I saw a man who treated food, repeatedly his nose, face and haare scratched – with his mere hand. all this during the treatment of dips and drinks. never again. avoid. Reserva una mesa ahora
The kids working there were very friendly and personable. One of them came outside where we were eating and gave our dog a biscuit! Above and beyond the norm. We had a nice conversation and then we left!
I gave it a 5 as a fast food place. Obviously not gourmet, but food was really good for fast food. We like DQ and this one was well run and clean, etc. Food was nice n hot and made well.
My fiance and I tried the pumpkin pie blizzard and the snickerdoodle blizzard and they were amazing! The server was very nice and even gave us some coupons for next time.
