I called here today to arrange an appointment and the young lady who answered the phone was so rude, rude and unprofessional. to work in such a position and to deal with the public and the patient daily, should have a person feeling and empathy if nothing else, they never know what someone passes through when they call for a service. to treat someone as she treated me today about the phone is totally unacceptable and out of line. I was there 2 years ago and everything was great! doktor was very good and professional. the staff is very friendly and always trying to help, eva is a great sweet woman who is always very nice to me. about a year ago we moved on from dr. Kalo office and I tried to find another doctor closer to my home, but changed 3 annoyed and didn't like anyone. does not know why the advice of doctor kalo is so low on google. I came back to this doctor. I was very happy with my care I received here. Depending on what their needs and standards are, their opinions may vary. However, I had to be seen as soon as possible and everywhere else was at least one week outside. they brought me to the same day I called and had me in and out of the office within 45 minutes. they are very efficient and dr. kalo is very well trained. he is very knowledgeable and it is obvious that he has many years experience. they facilitated my care and it felt very free from judgment. prices are similar to other private offices. the termine seemed eager, but it is because they try to help as many women as possible. I am very grateful for the care I received.

dr. kalo was very careless and insensitive. When I brought him to the test of the ones I had at my following date, he was not interested and acting as if he had not known what I was talking about. would not recommend at all! all stalls are very unorganized and not professional

Horrible place. They botched my abortion and now I have to raise, love, and take care of my baby. I demand a refund. I do not know how a Doctor that is so incompetent he cannot even successfully murder a baby is allowed to practice in this country.
