We request an order for 7 people in the office. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD (without a doubt), but they didn 't give us the 4 chicha morada because they spilled it on the way and no one offered us an apology. The dishes did NOT have names, and fortunately I am Peruvian and knew how to distinguish them so I could give them to my co-workers. They did not send us sauces, napkins or disposable cutlery. Design wise, Dr. Limon is beautiful. Every wall, chair, table, glass panels that change colors, lamps, even the ceiling are wonderful design. Service is excellent, attentive, super nice, a very well managed place. Good music, fun buzz. Unfortunately, the food is ordinary. Big portions, but not the sophistication I was expecting to go along with the look of the place. Had a sushi appetizer which tasted good, but was so drowned in sauce, I didn't know what I was eating. Ceviche was good, but sauce was way too creamy. Husband's steak was served with a huge chunk of fat that should have been cut away in the kitchen. Piso Sour barely had any pisco. This bad revew is simply for the principle. We ate here often and today we went and our little daughter ordered a shirley temple (sprite and a splash of grenadine). When the bill came they charged $9! I questioned and the waiter went and spoke with the bar, they said thats the charge (its not on the menu). I asked for a manager and they said they did not have any manager on site and said that is a non alcoholic cocktail and thats what they charge. This is simply crazy; these prices retaurants are throwing at us. Dr. Limon, you lost a good customers for $9. How in the world are you going to charge $9 for a sprite with a splash??? Every time I go to this restaurant, I enjoy every dish I order. I 've never been disappointed with my orders, from the 'leche de tigre ' to all the ceviches, tiraditos, chupes, and Octopus, to name just a few of the plates. And the best part? The 'passion fruit creme brulee ' to finish off one of the best Peruvian menus around. Thank you, Chef Carlos Brescia. I just put a little effort into the customer service at the Hallandale location. Everything was great! The service was excellent, and I enjoyed the best Peruvian sour pisco I’ve had outside of Peru. The Peruvian food was delicious, and I can’t forget to mention the dessert—it was all fantastic. For takeout dinner, I spent about $20–30 per person. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4 as well. I highly recommend trying the Pulpo del Dr. Moreno and the Crema Volteada!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and not overcrowded, allowing for pleasant conversations while savoring delicious Peruvian cuisine. The prices are quite reasonable as well. The staff were exceptionally attentive and polite. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

a very cool ceviche bar/restaurant in a small newly built shopping center; a part of the revitalization efforts in hallandale along the federal hwy. eating and drinks are always excellent. and service is in the really good too great. and for the price you can not beat.
