Dragon Drum Restaurant

Basic restaurant needs a bit of work to create the right atmosphere for diners, however the food is nice and reasonably priced. The restaurant is located in the Lynbrook shops and is very quiet if you want a quiet night out it is the place to go. I would recommend this restaurant as more of a place to order takeaway than for dinning in experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as we inquired about the Chinese tea and the chef came out and gave us a container for free.

We visited the Dragon Drum yesterday after we had made a booking at Ling Wah Hampton Park and they were actually closed. We fell upon Dragon Drum and were glad that we did. We had never been here before and the lady staff member was adorable. We believe it was a blessing in disguise. It has a cafe feel rather than restaurant, the food was nice and we had a mixture of meals and shared it between our table of 5. The best was the Rainbow Beef, very nice.

I ordered the Special Fried Rice, Sweet & Sour Pork, Beef & Black Bean and Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup. It comfortably fed 4 adults. With our order, we also received Prawn Crackers. It was great. I love the flavours and the 15 min timing to have it all packed and ready to go for my take-out order. I prefer to order from here rather than from a food court. I'll definitely go back.

Try the wonton noodle soup, the broth is yummy AF!Also the honey chicken is tasty.The dragon drum fried rice is full of Asian flavour.They give free bag of prawn crackers for orders over $40.Sweet n sour pork is very yummy and full of sweet flavour.Highly recommend this takeawAy.One of the best I have ever tried out here in Cranbourne. ⛩ Reserva una mesa ahora

I have eaten here twice - the first time the main course was so bad I left it on the plate (I am sure the meat was off!)I went a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt - the food was average at best.....not recommended at all!

The food here is excellent.... Anyone coming from Kolkata INDIA will know what I'm talking about when I say it's the best Indo- Chinese food u can find in Melbourne. Loved the food and the service:)
