We got here at about 12.30 pm on Wednesday. Plenty of parking on the complex. There are other restaurants around but this was probably the most crowded on a Wednesday afternoon. We were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. The waiter who attended us was knowledgeable and polite. He walked us through their most famous items and we ended up ordering Mongolian beef and Kung pao shrimp as suggested.Mongolian beef was spicy and hit the right spots as always. Plenty of meat pieces in it. Kung pao shrimp had about 8/9 shrimps and delicious as well. Would definitely come back again. I'm originally from San Francisco, but every time I visit Hercules, I make sure to stop by this restaurant, and they never disappoint! Every dish I've tried has been fantastic. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! My favorite is the Sweet and Sour Fish with fried rice. This time, I also ordered pot stickers, veggie tofu, shrimp egg foo young, and a full plate of chow mein. The portions are generous, and everything was served piping hot. The total came to $70, which is an incredible value! I absolutely love it here!
Always a wonderful experience when coming to Dragon Terrace! The asparagus beef is a stand out. I probably shouldn’t share this, but if you ask nicely if they have snow pea leaves, they’ll prepare garlic sautéed snow pea leaves and they are to die for if you love tender green veggies!! Also, the sizzling platters are fabulous; we love the steak especially.
We ordered Dried Style Beef Chow Fun, Prawns with General's Sauce, and Rock Cod With Bean Curd Clay Pot. We didn't quite like the chow fun, it lacked taste. But the cod dish and prawns were really good! My fav was definitely the prawns. The fried coating was perfectly done and the sauce was absolutely delicious.

Food was mediocre at best. Not worth the money. Will not be returning. What some restaurants don't understand is as they increase their prices, the quality of service and food should not suffer.
It's a bit noisy, but the food and service are excellent. This is my favorite neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and I’ve been coming here for many years, even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The food felt outdated. The dinner portions are quite large, suitable for two people, which is plenty. The lunch portions are a bit smaller, but the atmosphere is lovely and not too crowded.
This place was awesome! Food was delicious and served quickly. The service was prompt and we were taken care of the entire meal. Best of all, the prices were great!
