History, philosophy and ambience The Three King's Cellar is something very special. The ruins of the disintegrated former ice cellar of a Kirchheim brewery nearby stood by the name of Pate. Alex Mader and his brother built the romantic vault cellar with a beautiful old fireplace faithful to old templates. Each stone used has its own history. From the demolition houses in Kirchheim and the surrounding area, they saved old sculpted sandstone quads and built fireplaces and portals from them, which gives the cellar its certain something.
