Driftwood Point Beach And Grill

We visited this restaurant because our dog was welcome, per the Fido website. I called to double check that we could actually bring our dog and I was told yes and that I also needed a reservation, so I made one while I was on the phone. Upon arrival, at 4:30 PM, we were told we needed a mask (COVID 19) or we couldn't be seated. This would have been helpful information when I called for the reservation. We ran back to the car and got masks, to be seated outside by the lake. It was beautiful scenery but we were never greeted by a server, until we flagged one down. The burger was so good I went back! It is a simple ride from Erie, the food is great, my burger was cooked for perfection, and the **** Mary was excellent! The perch sandwich of my companion was gigantic and perfect! The outdoor area is beautiful! The garden, the waves sloping on the coast, sky for an afternoon!

What a jewel! Music was fabulous. The best fish tacos ever. Come ready to be patient as the kitchen is small but powerful and the amount is plentiful. Tables were well spaced and Lake Erie gave the breeze.

Wonderful place! Owner Dave is friendly welcoming. The Lake Erie perch was perfectly cooked. Ice w/pecans fudge was decadent!
