A loyal customer for years, I used Deines and a great experience, good dishes and fast delivery. Since I moved to Genas, it's the disaster. Last order and great disappointment with the Poke Bowl. Instead of the chicken pan, we had something else (the chicken of the skewers?????????? and it’s much less good. If you are no longer able to make the order, you must call the customer instead of replacing with lower ingredients. Add to this being delivered more than 1h later, the dishes arrive completely cold. I'm still waiting for their answer...
Very disappointing experience! Delivery order expected between 6pm/18h30! 18h45 nothing... call to D’Sushi « the delivery man right away » 19h45 no one answers the phone to cancel our order 19h50 past, the delivery man who points out we obviously refuse the order! He excuses the hail to justify his delay and that’s all! No excuse! Absolutely not reliable! Never again!
To escape, 2 hours to get this order, we are told that we tried to call me, but that the number is inappropriate while I call him with. The messenger calls us to tell us that our address is non-existent so that the end is delivered to this address and with a number that, as by chance corrected. Sushi is hot and no action has been taken. I don't advise.
