There's a need to have a lot of stars to shine. The reservation was made by telephone, without asking us to pay deposits or some deposits. It was a step-by-step city, because we went back to the North and wanted to visit the region as well. The reception is hot and there is free parking, which is missing in many establishments. The room is classic and clean, with regional furniture. The bathroom has everything you need. Soundproofing is of quality. You don't have to spend a good night. But what we preferred is breakfast and especially dinner. We enjoyed local fresh products and home recipes. Don’t wait, if you pass through Pont de VAUX stop and make the full of emotion.
Restaurant in the evening, during the trip. The best value for money in life. And it’s not because I live 1h30 from Marseille! The decor: a journey through time, tables with plenty of space. A return to the past, but not just any past! The return to the sources of good regional products. It’s beautiful, it’s good! Even the cheese platter, with room temperature to benefit from all their flavors… A pure delight 64€ them menu and a bottle of wine! Forced to return, a benchmark in the sector. 20 minutes from the Tournus exit of the A6.
Arrived at 8.30pm today very tired and hungry after a 10 hour drive. Two couples were eating in a dark, depressing room on a very hot evening. Relieved to have found somewhere open, I asked for a table. The hostess actually laughed. Service is finished, we are closed, she told me. It was 8.30pm and the other diners clearly hadn’t finished eating. She did not offer dessert, or a salad, cheese plate or anything. She simply couldn’t be bothered to serve us.
Excellent end of trip dinner for two, superb quality and service. Snails in garlic, duck breast and cheese platter highly recommended. Very good selection of wines.

Correct meal, damage the wine, at 41€, was oxidized and we did not want to change it on the pretext that it was “normal” tenit the chef who tested it!
We took the menu and could choose out of 2 dishes for every course. Nice old style restaurant. Very friendly lady. Good food!
Super restaurant, very intimate, the waitress is very kind and delicious food! Perfect for a date in love.
