I wish we would have gotten some of the beef to go with it, but we would have been waddling out. The complimentary caramels were simply delicious and the house made digestifs are dangerous (haha ! The Service: A borderline flamboyant gentleman was busy running around tending to the tables I don’t speak French but seemed to strike up conversation. An authentic place! A real chance to have this kind of restaurant at the top of an alpine pasture with an excellent atmosphere. If we talk about the dishes it serves, you will be greatly surprised by the quality, the price is more than fair, and the caramel offered with the coffee is emblematic!! Nice little pub where you can get something to eat and where the “barber” serves himself. Was very nice. But the absolute HIGHLIGHT were the caramels that were on the bill. That alone makes it worth a visit. The best caramels I have ever eaten!!!!!!

Super friendly welcome, the owners are really in a good mood, we feel like home. The fondue was excellent (we even let you choose the quantity for those who are hungry) and the caramels at the end were delicious. In short, that's good!
