"From crossing to Puy du Fou, we decided to make a gourmet stop for dinner. About ten minutes away, the Moulin des Justices dominates a hill and offers a splendid view. Unfortunately the glass bay is facing north, we will not enjoy the sunset: Dinner is served on Friday and Saturday night only. The welcome is very cordial and fitting our time constraints have been respected in the letter. The Mill can also organize your receptions, weddings, etc. The room seems perfectly suited to this, it lacks a bit of charm but the view and the outside frame make us quickly forget. The map is reduced, 2 menus, but it's a good sign because everything is ally. We opt for the menu at 30€. The foie gras is a treat, well seasoned and tasted, but the meat dish has a bit disappointed. It is not so much cooking but rather meat in itself, not flichonne and Espelette's chili pepper sauce that lacked a little body. The fresh red fruit soup makes us forget this little misadventure and we go back and still happy with this little stopover. With aperitif and a glass of wine, we leave a slate of 70 and a few euros. Reasonable."
