Me and my family went at the Santa Lucia restaurant located in Baden while on holidays. The place has an incredible environment, starting with the design to the smooth lights and candles. The manager and the staff were outstanding! Very professionals, competents and the service was very effective. The food is so good. We tasted a marvelous pizza containing truffle oil, tomatoe and mozzarella. Esplendid!! We ordered meat with chilis and was delicious!! The manager treated us really well. It's definitely a place to visit and repeat. Thank you so much and congratulations to you all!

We went from Zürich to Baden just to experiment this restaurant...and was really nice, it looked like we're in Italia. The environment is phenomenal! And the food also so delicious, they have a special menu besides the main menu for all another restaurants and it brings amazing recommendations. We loved and we'll come back for sure!

4 undeserved stars. Window in the bathroom which overlooks the bedroom, almost no protection on this window, hello privacy. No electrical outlets near the beds Not clean (traces of blood above the shower) Restaurant far too expensive (27.95 for a 5cm x 2cm beef steak, fries are not included in this price) Very little soundproofing

Nach meinen Letzten besuch bei der Santa Lucia Baden war ich sehr positiv überascht. Personal leicht angepasst unter neuer Leitung tolles freundliches Restaurant.Essen grandios Service zuvorkomemd und freundlichGeschäftsführer und Assistent immer mit Offenem Ohr und nimmt den Kunden ernst.Tolles Team weiter so. Good location, near the station and park next to the casino. Clean rooms, also with a retro Nintendo console (probably needs to be requested). Appropriate Covid 19 policies. Good service had a problem with one of the restaurant dishes, but the money was refunded no questions asked. Would go again

Es war einfach nur Hammer, es hat uns alles gepasst, der Whirlpool war die Sensation, im Zimmer hatte man alles, das leckere Essen per Zimmerservice war auch meeega, alle zuvorkommend sehr freundlich, kommen definitiv wieder Richtiges Ambiente zum relaxen, sich wohlfühlen geniessen

Ein gemütliches Hotel in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kinder sind auch sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig, was aber nichts aussergewöhnliches war.
