Duchess Cookies Factory (not Open To The Public)

The Cookie Monster cookie had a large air pocket and was underbaked. The Galaxy cookie was dry and overbaked. The Italian rainbow cookie was excessively raw inside, and the chocolate coating was bland. Lastly, the Triple Chocolate cookie had only one chocolate chip in the entire thing. We reached out to customer service about these issues, but it's been two weeks with no replacement, despite their promise. Save your money!

Average cookies not worth the price $5.50 for the caramel stuffed (no flavor at all the snickerdoodle base wasn't good), $4.50 for red velvet (this one was a lot better then the snickerdoodle, more flavor and liked the filling) Overall probably won't go back almost $10 for two meh cookies

Duchess Cookies in Oceanside, NY, is fantastic! Their cookies are so delicious that we returned the following week to buy seven more. Our favorites include all the peanut butter flavors, Oreo, and chocolate chip. I could enjoy the peanut butter and jelly cookie every day. Delicious!

This location is not opened to the public. It's just a factory for the actual store. There is a location in Patchogue and Plainview that you can go to. Those locations are where all of these pictures were taken. Don't waste your time coming here to Ronkonkoma. Reserva una mesa ahora

I just visited on the day of the grand opening, and I have to say, the cookies are definitely worth a long journey (luckily, I live nearby). The facility is beautiful and charming, and the staff and owners are incredibly friendly. Wishing you all the best!
