My only complaint for this Restaurant is that it takes a long time to get your food. But in their defense, everything is made Fresh, so of course it takes longer. The Restaurant is not in the greatest spot, as it's on a very busy stretch and area. It's hard to get into and out of most of the time. But I'm sure the Truckers absolutely love that it's so close to the Truck Stop. They usually walk over to get their food. They make homemade food and their prices are very reasonable. All of the employees are friendly and work their butts off. I'd like to see more Deals in the App though like other restaurants do.
I'm not sure what happened to Duchess. I remember going there with my grandma, and the food was always hot, the bread wasn't hard, and they consistently got my order right. As for the hotdog with sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, and bacon, all I received was sauerkraut and bacon. I understand everyone wants to go home, but please do your job properly or consider finding a new one.
This was our first time eating at a Duchess location and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh and hot. We had the long dog, mushroom and Swiss burger, curly fries and mac and cheese bites and all were great. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean and tidy.
Burgers and fries are my favorite. The staff has always been friendly and kind, which seems to be rare these days in the fast-food industry. Highly recommend over the “other” choices.

Local fast food. I wouldn't say it was horrible, but I wouldn't say it was great either. If I go back I'll pick a national spot if I want fast food.
Parking: There is plenty of space available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is accessible.
I tried the burger combo, and it was great. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable.
