large room and cozy atmosphere. jude (the owner) locked the night my friends and I went into this hole in the wall. he is so friendly and accommodating for his mules! the room is quite large when you get in, and there is a tonne to do, even if you just try to kill time. duke 's has darts, pool, and a wonderful terrace that minimal 'city lärm', so they can hear each other (or their own thoughts if they were 're alone!) this place would be amazing for parties, events or big groups because there is a lot of space! if they have not already been, and they are looking for a low-key with some friends or even just hanging out on their own f ort they are checking me!

location : service : price : food : cleanliness : atmosphere : to see the game : free activity : found a nice cozy hidden pub in my local! the staff is very friendly and nice. be honest, sofa and wall are very dingy and decrepit. smells somewhat oily. but the owner told me that here is over 40 yrs community-based. skyscrapers were built this day and age in succession, they can take the traditional toronto downtown pub atmosphere here.

Three stars because of the nostalgia, but it would be two if I only rated on cleanliness and selection. They were out of 3 beers on tap and the one I ordered tasted more sour than it should have. The service is great, but I'm sad to say this place will probably not last much longer if they don't make changes such as doing a bit of redecorating, new coats of paint, and probably a complete overhaul of the bathrooms.

I worked at this restaurant for about two years until I had to go on bed rest during my pregnancy with my son, Rory. Since then, I haven't returned to bartending anywhere. I really miss it, as well as my bosses, Jude and Alex. Now that Rory is one year old, if I ever get the chance and have the time to work there again, I absolutely would. Love you guys! This place is awful. Bad food. Don't think the beer taps are clean because they were served warm. Terrible level of cleanliness. The staff has no clue what's going on. Bartenders are servers and vice versa. It's also a hassle to even get a hold of one. The karaoke sound system might also be the worst I've ever heard. Simply just avoid this place.

Pubstumpers trivia on Thursday nights! Cozy dive bar atmosphere, haven't tried the food. Pool tables available. Staff is pretty friendly. I noticed another review commented negatively about the staff but all three folks working when I was there were laughing and smiling. Solid beer selection.

Honestly. this is my opinion after a underestimated cash. they have free pool and free darts. it is not very busy in the rule. so they can really have a great time with a group of their friends. and if they get super hunger, there is a great Indian restaurant in the first floor.

The definition of dark and dingy. People were loudly rehearsing a play in a back room. At least that's what the guy behind the Bar said. Sounded more like a fight. Place looks like there has been little to no upkeep. Major, major renovation is very much needed. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's quite a whirlwind here, but in a good way. While the food isn't exceptional, they do offer a decent selection of drinks. The service tends to be on the slower side, and...
