Duke William - Reserva de mesa

We needed lunch after going to the Wyre forest, just over the road was the Duke William. The staff were very welcoming and helpful as soon as we went in, and continued throughout to go out of their way to be helpful. As parents with two young children I must say this is always extremely welcome behaviour as it helps both parents and children feel at ease immediately. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all, and what’s more a child’s meal is free with each main meal ordered, always an excellent result. Dropped in for a drink as garden looked child friendly. Charged twice for round of drinks, queried this at the bar who claimed it had only gone through once despite showing bank statement showing otherwise. left my name and number at the bar for manager to check at end of day for refund.. received no call no refund. A pint, a pint of coke and a j20 ended up costing £18.80.pub and garden seemed a nice family friendly venue so it’s a shame. Won’t be returning unless issue is resolved.

Great traditional pub... Met here with a friend for cheeky Christmas drink lunch... love it, great atmosphere, friendly staff who take the time to chat with you make you feel welcome... not just serve you.. warm cosy traditional feeling to the place, been back several times including Sunday lunch .. another great HOME COOKED meal... great car park if needed children’s area outside...

Drove past the pub and it looked lovely so me and my partner popped in for a few. Lovely staff felt very welcomed. We sat and spoke to them for a while and they said they’ve recently took on the pub. stopped by at lunch time , served by a young lady called Chloe very nice and polite) myself and wife ordered two meals of the menu. we dint have to wait to long but the wait was worth it we both ate well OR AS THEY SAY FED AND WATERED. THANKYOU CHLOE.

Honestly do not know how any 1 can leave a bad review on here !! This pub is such a friendly family welcoming pub ! We had a fab time here staff all very friendly and couldn’t do enough we will be returning for sure lovely grounds for children ,. X

Great for a quiet beer, only locals use this pub it seems. Good park for the kids in the summer and have bouncy castles then but can be packed with campers.The food isn’t very good at all but Friendly bar staff.

Popped in for refreshments following a trip into Wales. Well organised Covid friendly pub, felt quite relaxed there, will definitely be going back soon. Reserva una mesa ahora
