I truly adore this restaurant and their exceptional customer service! As a first-time visitor, I was grateful for the samples they offered to help me choose my meal. I tried the Mango special, and it was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The restaurant also features a charming selection of Mexican pottery and groceries, which is a wonderful touch. The owner was present and incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I do wish they would consider opening another location in a more convenient area!
My favorite dish is el chicharrón preparado, which I usually enjoy at Dulcemania on Post Avenue in Westbury. However, during my recent visit to Dulcemania, I ordered el chicharrón with the pork skin on the side. One of the staff members mentioned that they couldn't accommodate that request. I'm really disappointed, especially since I drove 20 miles to try different dishes. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this place.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the owner is exceptionally kind. He even provided us with samples to taste before we placed our order. They use fresh, sweet mangoes. If you're in the mood for a mangonada, this is definitely the place to visit!
The service from the woman at the front was very poor. She treated customers more like an inconvenience than people wanting to make a purchase. Her unfriendly attitude definitely discourages me from returning.

This place always provides outstanding service! It's definitely a must-visit if you're in the mood for traditional Mexican desserts or snacks.
I enjoy every visit to this place—the rich mangoneadas and the esquites are both excellent. Everything is just so good!
The food is good, but I prefer Dulcemania locations 1 and 3 because at location 2, you get less for the same price.
