I visited this place for breakfast and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I asked politely about the Wi-Fi, the staff member checked with (what appeared to be) the owner. She responded in an extremely rude manner, loudly saying there was no Wi-Fi — even though it was quite clear from the music and ordering system that internet is being used. What bothered me even more was the way she spoke to her own staff. The tone was harsh, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate in front of customers. ı went here with my sister for breakfast. My own internet wasn’t working, so I asked about Wi-Fi. The staff were polite, but the woman who seemed to be the owner answered in a rude, mocking way, almost making a joke out of it. She was also talking down to her staff in front of everyone, which was very unprofessional and unpleasant to watch. Totally ruined the experience.
Really nice cafe cake shop. Good portion sizes. I had the bacon and maple pancakes and my friend had the spinach and Turkish sausage omelette. Service was quick and staff were attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re on Bold street
The service was slow, and when the order arrived, no utensils were provided. Later, we were given forks and spoons, but were informed that additional spoons were unavailable, which caused some inconvenience during the meal.
