My friends and I came here after 6 hours of hiking that was supposed to take 4 hours but that's a story for another time. Dumpling den is situated in Fort Lee which is an area known for its exemplary food options. We got the pork soup dumplings and the crab and pork soup dumplings. I personally preferred the pork soup dumplings more at this spot. The filling was fresh and the soup was thick and rich. I thought the crab and pork dumpling are decent as well. The garlic eggplant was spot on. The sesame pancakes could use a bit more scallion. The braised fish serving was a decent portion size and tasted scrumptious. The chicken with broccoli was great since it wasn't overcooked. The broccoli was still green and the meat was still juicy. The braised pork belly mini bao are very tender and fresh.I would recommend this spot for the braised pork belly mini baos, garlic eggplant, the pork soup dumplings!
