Since the place is called Dumplins, I expected their dumplings to be fantastic, so we ordered chicken and dumplings with a side salad, shrimp and grits with a side salad, and an apple dumpling to take home for dessert. The shrimp and grits were quite tasty, and I appreciated the addition of bacon, which enhanced the flavor. However, I would prefer the bacon to be chopped into smaller pieces rather than served in whole strips, as it was tricky to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Overall, it was enjoyable, and I do recommend it.

This is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure of going to Dumplins and as always they didn't disappoint. I don't live in Jackson but have accounts that I will cater lunch to in Jackson and every time I can I use Dumplins. I have had something different each time to eat and everything I have had has been delicious! The salads, sandwhichs and wraps are wonderful! Of course the rolls with the strawberry spread is to die for and the cakes (especially the strawberry cake) some of the best cakes I have ever had. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back and can't wait to try something else on the menu!

Without a doubt my favorite place to eat lunch around Jackson! The food and service are both always excellent. All of the employees are so nice speak even if they aren't your waiter/waitress. Dumplin's never disappoints and I highly recommend you check them out!

There aren't enough positive things to say about this wonderful place. Service, food quality, management and employees are all spectacular. It's consistently good, and I know because we are there a LOT!! It's fabulous!

The food was delicious, and as always the cake was out of this world. You cannot forget the rolls with the strawberry butter. Yummy. Wonderful place to eat and reasonably priced too.
We had a group of 12 gathered for a birthday celebration last night. The food was great and the staff was very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
