Dunchurch Fish And Chips

I have visited this restaurant a few times before and each time I have left unsure if I was charged correctly, as I am not certain if the menu on the wall included VAT in their prices. When I handed over my order on a note, the server inputted it into the till. The server then mentioned an amount that I could not understand, but then corrected it as he realized he had overcharged me. When I got home and opened the paper wrapping the food, I realized they had given me jumbo sausages instead of the small ones I ordered. I was charged for the jumbo sausages that I did not receive. This has happened before, and I am hesitant to return to this restaurant because of these recurring issues.

We went to this chippy as a family, each ordering different things, chips, pies, sausages and a grilled kebab. e ordered in advance as it's very popular and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. We were amazed at the size of...the portions, a large chips is enough for all of us with some leftover. I had a grilled chicken kebab, this was absolutely enormous and totally delicious so big i couldn't eat it all and had to give some to my husband.

We had fish and chips late on Wednesday night ! The cod was the size of a whale and absolutely delicious the chips were freshly cooked and delicious also. Would definately go back and order food from there again, The proprieter and assistant were...soooo friendly and welcoming. Give their food a try, you won't be disappointed! Excellent Thank you!

We live in Dunchurch so this fish and chip shop is very convenient for us. However, the last two times we have visited, the chips were not good. They seemed like they had been cooked and reheated, possibly from the day before. Additionally, the fish had a soggy bottom. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Used to be the only decent place to go to, but now prices and service and quality has definitely gone wrong. Have now stopped going as they THINK they have got the best place in the district. But travel into Rugby miles people and...find a better one.

New owners tookover chippy over year ago. Great new menu and fab food. Lemon and herb fish is a must and do great daily deals. Can also phone through order before to take the hassle out of queueing. Friendly staff and owner.

I love going to Dunchurch Fish Bar! They always serve the best chips, fish, sausage, kebabs, and more. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely one of the top fish and chip restaurants in Rugby.

With a great menu of everything a good Fish Chip shop could hope to offer, it was hard to choose what to have but I wasn't disappointed with what we had in the end. Will be going again.

Good fish and chip shop reasonable price. The shop is very small so it's not possible to eat on site.
