Scarily rude customer service. 3 adults ordered dishes to bedelivered. 1 was a vegetarian. After our incorrect order was deliveredand we phoned back to ask for our actual order to be delivered, wewere asked to return incorrect meals. However when we explained halfof the fried rice was already eaten by non vegetarians with theirorder, the replacement meal driver refused to leave until we couldreturn the full meal plus the meat laden meal we did not order or ateany portion of. No option to pay, that should not have been asked foranyway. 3 Tables pushed together, 18 diners, 6 per table. We were the only diners in the restaurant, and, we were booked for a banquet. Initially, there was confusion over what was included, finally sorted, and spring rolls were served - 5 per plate. One table didn't initially get any, and one person on each table missed out. Satay sticks were served and the same thing happened. Eventually more of both dishes were served, but not before the soup was served. Once the main dishes were being served, there was some order. This place really needs to do something about the delivery wait time and their staff ! I have ordered from them about 3 times over the last couple of years and waited at least an hour and half to 3 hours every time and I keep thinking they would improve but they don't just get worse ! 8 adults and 4 children visited after booking the day prior. It used to be our local, regular Chinese restaurant but I hadn't been for well over 6 months. We ordered kids food and a banquet for the adults. The entree of shrimp cocktail was a small dinner plate consisting of thickly shredded lettuce with shrimps awash in cocktail sauce. One of the guests renamed it 'lettuce cocktail'. The scallop dish was unavailable due to having no scallops, so we substituted that for a prawn and cashew dish. We ordered online and were delighted with the speed of delivery...less than half an hour... but perhaps this should have warned me that the food was pre prepared. We ordered an entree of dim sims, tasteless and stodgy, mains of vegetable ciao mein, slimey and tasteless, satay beef, and Mongolian lamb. I would have thought it was pretty hard to muck up the last two but they were also very poor in quality. Even the free prawn crackers were greasy and lacking in quality. We have eaten here before and found it ok but it has really declined. We won't be ordering from here again.

Came here for Chinese on our first trip up the coast from Perth. The food was very good with large potions. The place is not large but cosy.Nearby is a bottle shop as it is BYO very handy and it is part of a small shopping centre so parking was not an issue.There is also takeaway at the restaurant so wait times can be a little longer in very busy periods. We came as a 2 couples unannounced on two occasions Friday and Saturday night and had no issues getting a table.

Ok we haven't been here for about 4 years. Thought we would give it another go and we were pleasantly surprised as the food was lovely. Stacks of meat in the dishes the kids loved the sweet and sour pork! Service is really friendly and the kids were given a special treat at the end. We will definitely return reasonable prices and yummy Chinese food with large serves and really lovely sauces. Best Chinese meal in northern suburbs.

4 of us went out to Chinese tonight as we visited unannounced. The restaurant was a short walk down the road and for a very reasonable price delivered some great food. Beef with mushrooms and vegetables was great, the satay pork was better and the Chicken with snow peas was to die for. Thank you staff. Reserva una mesa ahora

Prawn cocktails are meant to have cocktail sauce not mayo............ Chicken sweet corn soup was really gluggy and thick. Tom yum soup, only two things in it was spinach and celery. Atleast the spring rolls were nice
