In 2024 it is extremely rare to find a restaurant that understands what customer service truly is. COVID damaged the concept of customer service in many industries including restaurants. Whining of short staff, availability of products was used as an excuse for poor customer service. Social media pressure to just accept this was rampant during COVID. I wanted something sweet and salty this Sunday 6/23/24 so my husband and I decided to try Dunkin' Munch since it's close to our house and we have never tried it before so I ordered a simple, chicken and waffle, and my husband ordered the Brunch Burger. Well, as you can see from the pictures below my waffle was completely burnt! And the two little chicken fingers that come with are not even real chicken it's the frozen kind made with mystery meat. We called immediately to return the food and get a refund for the chicken and waffle. Worst place in fallriver and it smells like mildew I placed a pick up order I drive from one side of the city to the other to get it They can’t find my order and the girl is scrolling on her iPad for a good 10 minutes meanwhile she has other workers and people are coming in and she keeps stoping to ask other customers how can she help them instead of looking for my Order This is ridiculous these food places raise prices and claim inflation but there service is horrible I never got my food so I wasted my time and gas all for what How hard is your job you idiots If you can’t get a simple order right then you need to rethink your whole life This place is horrible I will never in my life go back
My fiance and I have a tradition of ordering take out breakfast from this place. Every week we look forward to their food. We have had a couple of mishaps but overall we LOVE the food! We never have had to wait for more than 15 minutes! The girls that take our order on the phone are so kind and helpful. I personally dont care for the tight space in the dining room but I hope they can expand ! If you don't want to sit in , I highly recommend for you to order and pick up : . Brought my son and grandkids to breakfast for my oldest grandsons 19th birthday. I 've never been there but it 's their favorite place!!! I now know why. DELICIOUS Portuguese Eggs Benedict!!! Really incredible!!! All of the staff accompanied the cake to the table and sang Happy Birthday!!! Thank you Dunk 'n Munch for a very happy occasion!!! Kathy
Order eggs bendict and they over cooked the eggs barely any sauce they didn't out my extra meat ! Mind u I paid for extra meat and sauce .. last weekend they forgot the syrup to my pancakes and forgot the all the meat in the hangover hash ..must do better ..love supporting local but won't keep ordering if I have to keep calling ..
