I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. After reading some reviews, I see that this seems to be a common issue. I arrived at 6:40 PM on a Sunday, and they close at 7 PM. I went through the drive-thru and asked for K-cups, but the woman at the window didn’t respond. I waited in my car for 10 minutes, honking my horn, and finally, an older Indian man appeared about 10 feet away, waving his arms angrily as if he were shooing away flies. He was indicating that they were closed, even though it was still 6:40 PM. The customer service here is terrible, and based on the reviews I've seen, many others feel the same way. I hope the corporate office pays attention to this feedb...
Horrible customer service, I just ordered midnight coffe through Dunkins app for pickup, went there , I saw that young girl getting me a regular coffe ,I asked her is that Midnight ,she said yes , just tasted the Coffe I knew it was just regular!!!!I asked a man who works thier his name is Mohamed , to help me resolve that and get me what I paid for, and asked him fir the girls name ,he said its non of my business to know her name and if I want he will give me back my money !!! I was left speechless with such reply , we pay the extra just for the brand and customer service which unfortunately doesn't exist no more in Dunkin Donats !!
Horrible service. There was only one person at the drive-thru and probably the whole establishment. I understand the place was closing at 7:00pm, i showed up at 6:30 and the guy rushed me to order (i had multiple people ordering different beverages) and they had no donuts. No donuts at dunkin donuts. I was not aware they were closing so soon, but the guy had not need to be so rude when i was ordering.
Always order the same cold brew French vanilla. So I know the good from the bad. This is a bad. No flavor, not sweetened properly. Glad I do not come this way often. The guy on drive-through needs customer service training. No welcome to dunking or Thank yous. Many other Dunkins in the area. GO elsewhere.

The worst customer service I spend $30 and they got my order wrong and when I went back to tell them to fix it the man in the register gave me the worst attitude and tossed my drinks at me never again they need to close this door down
Friendly staff and always make my coffee just how I like it, definitely the best dunkin I been too. I'm big on customer service and they get a A+ I love coming here for my ice coffee.
I observed rats scurrying beneath the tables, and the floors were in very poor condition. I highly recommend avoiding this place and not spending your money here.
Hello guys Make sure when you Order Coffee with sugar and cream double check they put Cream otherwise enjoy your black coffee

This place is awful. The staff doesn't understand anything. You need to hire Spanish-speaking employees.
Staff are so good and amazing service manager nicely talked everybody they are makes coffee so good
