Horrible service. Placed a mobile order, I get there he claimed it was ready, I of course check my bag before leaving and my munchkins were missing. I told him and he then gave me my munchkins, but there were only old fashion and 2 glazed. I told him I did not want old fashioned, then all of a sudden he wanted to verify my receipt to see if I had munchkins, gave him the receipt and asked if he could replace the munchkins for a donut instead, he refused so I asked for a refund and he claimed he couldn’t give me one. On top of that his stingy self was only willing to replace one old fashioned for the last glazed they had, and he went in my bag and removed it when obviously, I checked the bag b...
Usually it takes me 5-10 minutes max to get my food and go in any other Dunkin. Today it wasn?t that case at all, there was a girl with a bonnet and gold earrings and it?s not even busy. She refuses to take orders. I had a long day and I just wanted toeat, she refuses to take orders and is walking around. It wasn?t even busy, I work in retail?I know it isn?t easy for workerswhen it?s busy. But it?s not, there was only one guy behind me and three orders pending on the screen. She must think she?sentitled to he walking around and not serving orders. Dunkin hire better workers or train them properly.
The shop was clean with good smile Stopped in to pick a cup of coffees grab a few donuts to take home. all was great ,the music which gave a nice vibe. we left earlier than we expected. Overall, customer service was nice, Lady at register very nice and polite like always, All donuts was fresh and fluffy. The coffee is always fresh they made it on the spot. Highly recommend it. You should try the guys
The service was awful. There were never enough staff members present, which meant that online orders took priority, leaving in-store customers waiting for over 10 minutes. They really need to address this issue quickly or consider shutting down. To make matters worse, the female employees were also quite rude to customers.

Best Dunkin in the area, period. The staff are so nice and prepare orders well. During this ongoing pandemic, my wife and I didn't really go anywhere, but we had some sense of normalcy by going here every so often. We sadly don't know the name of every staff member but Sharif was the best! Coffee was always on point.
I’m giving this restaurant only one star, and my main concern is the service. The service was extremely poor. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, and there was only one person working. It was incredibly slow. Management, if you have new employees, you should be present to train and oversee them.
This is honestly one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited. While the staff were friendly, my hash browns and donut were stale, and my drink tasted old. Also, when did Dunkin’ become so expensive? I could easily find a fresh bagel down the street for a lower price.
Small hole In the wall, not much bakery selection, but it's Dunkin Donuts. Still a LOT of options. These guys work fast too. They had a drink in stock that the Dunkin on Queens Blvd near Union Trnpk didn't, so very happy.

Very bad coffee. I asked for cream and sugar hot coffee. I got milk. Very bad service. Bought coffee at 03/14/23 Tuesday at 1 pm.
It was satisfying. Pleasant staff. Clean environment
