Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I have visited the Dunkin Donuts at 794 Main Avenue multiple times and each time I have been disappointed by how understocked it was. Even during the early part of the 3 pm hour, the shelves were nearly empty, which is unacceptable. The last time I was there, the donut shelves were only a quarter full and I had to wait in line while the only employee was engaged in a conversation with another customer for nearly seven minutes. I ended up leaving without making a purchase because I was so frustrated by the lack of service and selection. My time was wasted and I left feeling very dissatisfied.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude! I placed an order through the app and when my family went to pick it up, we were told it had already been collected. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me and avoided my calls. When I went in person, they said there was nothing they could do and told me to come back the next day at 5am to speak to the manager. The people working there clearly need training and, above all, education. Their attitude is that of individuals with a low level of education.

They did no have donat that i order online and they say can not give back my money that charged on the applications and the manager was not there and I need to comeback. This is waiting of time, each worker should know what to do in this case. I will not come back in this place again. Reserva una mesa ahora

One of the young female employees literally just let the door shut in my face TWICE. I don?t expect special treatment, but she knew I was right behind her so a little common courtesy would?ve been nice.

They sell what they don 't have and after that when you ask for a refund they say 'WE DON 'T REFUND, COME BACK TOMORROW FOR THE DONUTS '. like I have all the time to waste for coming again.

No one ever said they love their ice coffee that is made up of 50% ice.

This is the only nearby place that sells a medium coffee for over $3.
