Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

Went this Thursday 4/20/23 and it was great! The Carmel Chocolate cold brew looked as advertised and was just what I was looking for. I’ve been there 4 times in the past week and the donuts, soft breakfast tacos, croissants and coffees are all great!Paris was working and as all of the employees, she was great, very helpful and she has a great smile!!My wife and I just started going there last week (due to the Dunkin commercials) and just like the other coffee shops, they were very willing to accommodate adding and subtracting to their coffees. I asked for less ice and extra foam and my Carmel Chocolate cold brew was just what I wanted!Great place to have breakfast, lunch or for just a coffee...

ATTENTION MANAGER:One of the worst Dunkin experiences I've ever had. At about 6am today, I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and two orders of Bagel minis. The bagel Minis came back to me cold and with the cream cheese still partially frozen. The sandwich was not toasted, the eggs were cold and bacon was chewy. Idk what's wrong with the people that work there but please teach them how to heat up food properly. Disgusting.

I purchased two Boston cream donuts at 10 am, and they were by far the worst donuts I have ever had—almost inedible. For the first time in my life, I couldn't finish a donut and ended up throwing the second one away. It was so stale and dry that it felt like it could have been from the day before. Food: 1/5

The restaurant is very clean and well-organized. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I sat down to enjoy a coffee, and the air conditioning was comfortable as I planned my day. I highly recommend this coffee shop to both friends and family. Food: 5/5. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awful service. I placed a DoorDash order and didn’t receive all my food. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. This is really disappointing. How hard is it to pack up some food? It's honestly ridiculous and it ruined my entire morning. Food: 3/5

seems like most employees working here have an issue with bullying people, and provoking people on another level. Honestly I feel like it's not a good environment so if you think about applying here, think twice just saying <3

There's an angel working at the cash register here! Nothing beats starting your day with a kind soul preparing your morning coffee. I ordered an iced caramel swirl coffee with cream, and it was a perfect 10/10. Food: 5/5.

The macchiato was the best dark coffee I've ever had from a chain. The sausage and egg muffin was light, not overly salty or greasy. Everything arrived hot. Perfect! Reserva una mesa ahora

They mixed up one of my donut choices for the third time, so I had to take off a few stars for that. However, everything else in my order was good.
