I used to work at this restaurant and can confirm that there are bugs everywhere and the cleanliness standards are not up to par. The staff do not use gloves, do not wash their hands, and the customer service is terrible. The women who work there are very rude. I would recommend going to the restaurant down the street instead.

I have a Dunkin' Latte every day! I order it through the mobile app and it always arrives on time. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the bagels are. This Dunkin' location is conveniently close to the convention center, but it can get really crowded depending on the events happening there.

By using the Dunkin' Donuts app, you can save a lot of money. They often have promotions such as a free coffee with a purchase or $2 wraps/sandwiches. It's definitely worth using the app because otherwise, you'll end up spending more than you really need to.

Dunkin’ is Dunkin’ … in this case it was Sunday morning so you know the rest. Figure drive up cause it’s a convenience store. It’s tight quarters so no “Big Rigs” but no height restriction.

We were disappointed when half of our order was forgotten and we were asked what we were waiting for while we waited at the window. Overall, this restaurant was a disappointment.

Lol they had to remake three of are coffees. Then had to redo one that they had to redo in the first place.
