I don’t want to come off as a grouch, but I encountered a familiar scenario today. An older woman was working incredibly hard by herself, while at least four younger employees were in the back chatting and texting instead of helping out. I assume the older lady is the manager, or she certainly should be for the effort she put in. She called out the younger staff, and they promptly returned to their duties. My coffee was excellent, and the sandwich was satisfactory, so I can't really complain. Overall, it was an average experience that you'd expect from Dunkin'. I absolutely love Jenny! She is amazing and always makes my coffee just right. Her positive attitude really sets the tone for my day. I wish there were more people like her in every place I visit. She excels at her job! Her warm smile and the way she remembers everyone's orders are truly impressive. It's great to see that the staff stays consistent, which shows they have an excellent team. I can see how they all work together to ensure our food is served hot and our coffee is perfect. I will never go anywhere else; this is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts locations around. This Dunkin' Donuts location is my wife's and my favorite. The staff is consistently friendly, and I'm pretty sure they recognize our usual orders by now. They always get our orders correct, and the coffee is consistently delicious. No matter how long the line is, it's always moving quickly. If you're looking for some Dunkin' in your life, this is definitely the place to visit.
This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that I really enjoy. However, there have been instances where my order has been incorrect.
