I had the worst experience at this Dunkin' that I've ever had. The atmosphere was terrible. I've been coming to this location for about two months, at the same time and day each week, and it seems to get worse each time. During my visit, two employees were engaged in a loud argument that escalated into what sounded like a screaming match. I couldn’t understand what they were saying since it was in another language, but there was even some hitting or slapping involved. They were fully aware of my presence but didn't bother to apologize for the constant disturbances. I was shocked by their unprofessional behavior in front of customers. The price was very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Not to mention, the service was impeccable, also deserving a perfect score. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, making it a delightful start to the day. I highly recommend trying the hash browns and croissant—they were simply delicious!

First off you do not charge people 1.50 extra just for a drink with no ice. Second this place is one of the worse Dunkin shops I have been to telling me I said no ice and tried to tell me no refunds. Third wear your masks legit or do not wear them at all.Fourth bad customer service all around giving me attitude for no reason and telling me the tea costs more money when we do notadd ice so I will have to charge you 1.50 more? Sigh hopefully only the first and last horrible review I have to do. I wouldgive 0 out of 5.

Extremely disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. My best friend currently can not have ice due to doctor's orders bc of a medical condition. When she ordered her drink without ice the employee informed us that it would be a $1.00 more. Sounds like aviolation of the American's with disabilities act if you ask me? Dunkin was good today. Food is medium, service was pretty good, even though there was yelling in the back...oh well. We got our coffees! I always struggle to understand what the woman at the drive-thru is saying. The person on the intercom is friendly and cheerful, but the lady at the window speaks so softly that I can't hear her. Since she also wears a mask, it makes it even more difficult to communicate. Overall, it’s quite challenging!

If you order an espresso shot, they won't include it unless you watch them prepare it. This has occurred 5 or 6 times.
