My son scheduled an interview with this Dunkin on Friday 4/28 they only had times during the school day (1-1:15) but he scheduled it and left school to show up to his appointment. When he got there they told him the manager wasn’t there for his scheduled appointment with them. They told him to come back Saturday sometime in the morning to see if the manager would be there. First experience with a corporation business (he has worked self employed before) and he decided to go elsewhere for employment. Thanks Dunkin for having wonderful management.
I ordered a muffin a small lemonade at the drive thru.The coffee cake muffin was good what I expected. The lemonade was the weakest tasting lemonade I've ever had in my entire life! Kool-aid lemonade is even better than this. And the real killer is the price!$4 for a SMALL! You know that I will NOT be buying that ever again! I know that not everyone can make lemonade as good as Chik Fil A, but at least TRY! Or only charge 50 cents like kids at lemonade stands!

If this was a small shop it would be close because spending money here is not worth it. Maybe that’s what’s needed. Stop spending here.. I know I am… we don’t ask for anything free- we spend our hard earn money. I think a little respect goes a long way.
Messed up my ice cream order several times. I finally drove away to see another messed up ice cream. So it was supposed to be 2 scoops one being a sherbet other jubilee. I never got the sherbet disappointing. Also I order 3 ice cream but got to window to only have 2. Better listening skills needed. Also she confirmed third ice cream so many times and still messed it up with no sherbert. Smh

This was my favorite DD in the area for the past 5 years. Lately they have declined. Today I went and ordered two iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was disgusting. Tasted like butter and like they used sour creamer. I threw both out after one sip and got a stomach ache from it. Not sure if the staff changed or what happened but this is the last time I go to this location.
I visited this morning at 4:20 to pick up my coffee. Unfortunately, there was a rude employee who was busy with donuts. He glanced at me but ignored my presence and didn’t unlock the door. After waiting for three minutes in the cold, I decided to leave without my coffee. However, the staff in the afternoon were fantastic. I’m not sure why they’re hiring rude people.
I always try avoiding this dunking store cause it is the slowest and customer service is not the best. But today I didn’t really have much of an option so I came here anyway I asked for avocado toast and I asked for extra toast and when I got it I see that the bread is still soggy and isn’t even toasted at all
I ordered online and out of a dozen doughnuts, only two were the ones I actually requested. The rest were substituted with kinds I don’t even enjoy.
