Every time I go there there’s always either something wrong with my order like for example I’ll order a bacon and cheese sandwich. They egg on it my daughter does not like eggs so she can’t even eat her sandwich because she’s so picky that once the egg is on it and it touches everything else she won’t eat it and then they’ve gotten my drink order wrong multiple times, and it’s not even that complicated of an order and then just recently I placed an order on the app today in order to doughnut it was supposed to be free. I didn’t even get my donut like every time I go there they leave something out of my order and then I go in and tell them about it and they tell me that they gave me everythin...
Terrible service. I ordered the $3 Dunkin wrap with any beverage which excludes the small wake up wrap and “Jack day” the manager on staff was laughing in my face and made me repeat to him 6 times my order after having to come in and get my money back which he said he wasn’t allowed to do but didn’t care at this point. Terrible service and management.
The experience was truly disappointing in every way. I never imagined I would stop enjoying Dunkin's coffee, but dealing with this location has proven to be more trouble than it's worth. In fact, I've reduced my coffee consumption altogether. Thank you, Dunkin! I no longer rely on Dunkin for my caffeine fix.
This is my second visit this week, and I have to say, I really appreciate the tall, slim blonde girl. Is she the only one who knows how to handle things there? Both times I was there, she was working tirelessly but remained friendly despite the busy environment.

When I ask for extra strawberry and it’s straight up only green tea and a splash of strawberry. Why am I paying $4.50?? Better off going a mile up the road to the next dd to be so honest.
I received the wrong donuts, and the staff was quite rude! I don't recommend this place; I would give it zero stars if I could.
Consistently long waits whether it's busy or not. It's always been bad but it's gotten particularly awful over the last year
Coffee 's fresh here. I still don 't know why they changed the name, it 's going to be called Dunkin ' Donuts forever!

Understaffed crew worked hard to fill drive-thru and instore customers! Yes, day before Thanksgiving so we understand.
They always get my order right.. long wait in the morning at the drive thru though
