I really like Dunkin' and visit often, but the service here is always incredibly slow. I understand it can be tough to find enough staff these days. I usually just order a hot black coffee, and once I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for it. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I didn’t complain, but if you come here, don’t expect to be in a rush. My family from Massachusetts—the birthplace of Dunkin' and where there’s one on every corner—were visiting, so we decided to grab some coffee. As usual, the service was painfully slow. The employees at Dunkin' often seem a bit grumpy, and it’s not just my impression. They mention being short-staffed, which I understand, but I’m also busy at my job and don’t act frustrated all the time, even when handling multiple orders. Aside from that, the drinks are good. What would improve the experience is friendlier staff who don’t give you side-eyes for ordering just one drink with a friend. I’ve only encountered good employees once, and it was two young guys—I really appreciated their positive attitude, especially since they were managing a busy drive-thru and DoorDash orders with just the two of them. My heart shape jelly filled donut was stale. My chai latte didn't taste that good. It's kind of weird tasting and bitter halfway through. They did put some ice in it to cool it down like I asked. I don't like it lava hot. I like Starbucks chai latte mix better. I'm not going to get that at Dunkin again. I'll stick with regular hot tea. The girl at the window was a wet dish rag. She's clearly burned out. We asked for extra milk in the pink drink for an up charge and she said no they can't do that. At the mall they do. It is what it is. I'll go back in a few months but I'll go to McDonald's or Starbucks first. This visit was Meh.

Placed an online order, drove the location just so they can tell me they don?t have a single item I ordered in stock. Why let me place an order if it?s not available? Anyway, ok let me substitute it for something else then: literally everything I pickedagain was ?not available? so at the end I just asked for a donut, any donut. ?Unfortunately sir we are all out of donuts??what?! ?Donuts? is literally in your name, why is this place open? We waited 20 minutes for two coffees, two donuts, avocado toast, and a bagel. The man at the counter seemed confused and kept forgetting parts of our order. The avocado toast arrived without bacon, and instead of making a new one, they took it back to the kitchen to add the bacon, which is a health violation. Additionally, they weren't wearing gloves while handling the donuts. To top it off, all the staff members were rude.

I'd give my sausage egg cheese croissant 2 stars, bread was obviously old and cheese was cold. Wife liked her ham and Swiss croissant stuffer at 4 stars so I'll compromise at 3 stars. Hard to hear over the drive thru speaker and we sat there for at least 10 minutes in line waiting. Overall I mean it's dunkin' you know what you're signing up for.

I went through the drive-through, and the worker really rushed me along. He kept asking me, is that all in a rude voice, getting more agitated with each item I ordered. When I got to the window, he practically threw the food out at me and tried to have me leave before I even got everything that I ordered.

Was going to buy a flavored coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts, but did not because the lady behind the counter could not answer a simple question when asked what specific flavors do you offer. She should have made a suggestion instead of just pointing andsaying these right there. 1st time I had an issue. Reserva una mesa ahora

The two women working this morning were clearly overwhelmed and unable to keep up. It's definitely unfair to put them in that situation. Management needs to improve. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had an iced vanilla coffee, and it was expertly prepared. The service was excellent as well.
