Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I was not even running late this morning and got to Dunkin with good time. When I got there, there were only 2 other cars in line, not long at all so I didn't think I would be late to where I was going. I ordered quickly and after I ordered I was waiting for 10 minutes which made me run late. Still there were only 2 cars in front of me. I finally got to the window after sitting there for way longer than someone should have to sit to get coffee and they didn't even have my order ready. FINALLY i got my order, and drove away quickly because now I was definitely going to be late, and I was expecting it to be the coffee I ordered, and they didn't even get my order right when I know I specificall...

I go to this Dunkin' almost every morning. I always choose the mobile order option as I'm always rushing. I live right across the street so by the time I get there, it's always ready. Every morning they never miss a beat to say good morning and call me by my first name. The staff there is super friendly and on point. The service is great! I will continue to go here simply because of all I mentioned. Thank you all for being amazing!

Terrible service and quality. There was loose sugar packets in my ice coffee. They didn’t offer any help or refund and said they can make me another. Check your drinks!! There is usually trash in them. If I could rate 0 I would. Manager refused to give me her card I believe her name was Viviana. This place is a legit health hazard and Viviana is at the forefront letting it happen.

Coffee and breakfast food. Service is good. If you go inside they have fancy ordering touch screens.Parking: It's built next to an apartment complex, so the traffic is dicey at times. The drive through line can cut off parking spots Reserva una mesa ahora

Went to drive thru to order a drink and was told No and thats it. I asked what DID they have to drink assuming maybe they just ran out of certain things and the only response I got was Green Tea

This is the worst Dunkin' in the area. The drive-thru is extremely slow, leading to significant traffic congestion. Be prepared to wait over 20 minutes in line!

It's a bit busy in the morning, but they have plenty of staff to assist. So far, I'm pleased with the service.

Parking can also be a challenge, especially when trying to navigate the drive-through.
