Fortunately, a much younger employee returned from break and was significantly more attentive and helpful. He offered to make something similar or suggested that I could keep the receipt for my next visit to Walmart. At that point, I just wanted to leave, feeling frustrated because the other two employees had seen me grab my receipt and wait for around 10 minutes without approaching me or inquiring about my order. Their work ethic and customer service were disappointing; they displayed the worst communication skills I've encountered, avoiding eye contact and being unapproachable. Got the super special order coffee in less time than it took to pay for. Coffee jumped off the seat of the cart right after we exited through the doors to the outside. Went back in for a replacement, got one of the 3 part special ingredients out and he repeated the rest back to me. Told him we spilled the 1st one in the parking lot and got the 2nd one free even when I tried to pay for it. Will be returning later this week!

My Dunkins is my home away from home, the best tasting coffee ever. They need to expand to the west coast so I can enjoy them in the summer too.
