Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I don’t see why this location is still open. It’s ALWAYS something with them. The hours say one thing online, but they’re hardly ever open or no one is in there in the evening time. When they are open or someone’s there.it’s either “we’re not taking cards”, “our system is down”, “we don’t have this or that”.just always something! The last time I went they were only accepting exact cash. Today I went and they were clearly open but no one ever came to the window. Cars were still coming in. I drove all the way to Hickory Hills when this one is 2 minutes from me. They need to close permanentlylet another business use that space.

OMG pls dont go or CHECK your food to be either or warm. I bought couple bagels lady on window kind of rush you off of the it because the clock is ticking meaning it counts how fast is the service and its in every fast food restaurants. Anyhow by thetime I pulled to a spot within the lot, my bagels were as cold as they probably got out of a fridge. I cannot blame the creamcheese because it warm as well and just in case many don't know, it's keep on the counter so it be fast to be spread. So pleasedon't stop here or make sure you check your food before driving away.

To all my early birds out there please make yourself a favor and skip this dunking and go to the one down the street. This is by far the worst customer service I?ve received in years. Specially the lady at the cashiers with the JORDAN tattoo on the back ofher ear. Not only she got my order wrong but treated me with disrespect stating I didn?t order it correctly and asked theemployees in the back as if they?re supposed to back up her mistake. Overall very disappointing with my order as well. Nevercoming back here again.

I'm not sure who is managing this place, but the night staff seems really disengaged. They seem more interested in getting paid and having fun than actually doing their jobs, which ends up wasting customers' time. Food: 1 Service: 1

The staff was unfriendly, and the restroom was in poor condition—dirty, lacking paper towels, and the hand dryer was out of order. This was by far the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited.
