For the reputation and prices at Dunkin I was shocked. I don't frequent Dunkin nor this particular location but passed it on my route. To place an order leave, get to your car and see no napkins, ketchup or creamers is not acceptable. There were thin napkins that were falling apart on a back counter that you could hardly see. Maybe this is why I choose another coffee shop instead of Dunkin and it isn't Starbucks either. I truly don't know how people put up with this. No customer service and high prices it's not for me.
Wow. I'll skip past the woman on her phone for a good 15 seconds while she got herself together to work but the fact that she could not punch in 2 medium lattes and 1 small latte was enough for me to leave. As a former Dunkin employee, just listen to the customer or repeat what the customer asked for. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Today I was overloaded for a peach fruit drink. first I asked her about it and she saw lost, gave me a medium size and changed me for a big one. hm the drink was good, but still. but it's okay. just now I went to the dunkin donuts on NJ-18 and got a big for $3. so it worked out at the end.
this dd went on the hill, I went out of mine to go here, but the coffee is so watered or bitterly tasting. when I go to the dd in jamesburg through the park, it is way better. I won't waste my money anymore. In addition, their prices are higher than others in the opposite.

terrible service they messed up our order completely. blatantly. almost on purpose!!!! and then proceeded to charge us additionally for their mistakes would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone
I requested an iced latte without any ice and ended up with only half a cup. It's frustrating that my boss is so strict, knowing that if I don't specifically ask for no ice, I'll still receive some.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at Dunkin' Donuts, which ruined our dining experience. They spilled our drinks and then proceeded to blame us.
The service was awful! I ordered 6 specialty donuts for pickup, including the ones the children wanted, but when I got home, they gave me the wrong donuts.

Stopped by on Sunday 2/6 at 6:20pm and they had already cleaned all their coffee machines for the night when they close at 9pm… no lattes or expressos.
long line, could not understand the server because of language barrier. cost for poor food quality
