I’ve noticed many negative reviews about this location, but I have to share the delightful experience my children and I had during our recent visit. We went there for a special breakfast treat, and were quickly greeted and served by Beatriz. She was incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and patient as my little ones, including a toddler, decided on their orders. She interacted with them so sweetly and even gave them extra treats. Beatriz made sure our orders were correct, double-checking with the colleague who prepared my coffee. Throughout our visit, she continued to show kindness and enthusiasm, expressing her excitement about our return.

Would put 0 stars if I could. Avoid this Dunkin.It's hot and I wanted to get my daughter a small cup of water, in which they denied saying it's a dollar for large water. I clarified I wanted a small, and they still demanded $1. Sure, that's fine.However after waiting in line for 15 minutes (no rush hour, this was afternoon with one car in front of me), they proceed to tell me AT CHECKOUT WINDOW that there are no more croissants (and three of our orders had croissants). I’ve been to this restaurant several times in the morning, and I’ve repeatedly had problems with incorrect orders. The staff appears to have difficulty listening, and the service seems hurried and disorganized. The food quality is subpar as well—I’ve received stale donuts and coffee on multiple occasions. Moreover, their credit card systems frequently go down without any notice. Just last week, a staff member informed me that I couldn’t order 5 munchkins and was required to buy 10 instead. Overall, it feels like they are running a poorly managed cost-cutting operation. I cannot recommend this place.
Every time I visit this restaurant, I consistently receive excellent service from Demi. She remembers my order perfectly, making the experience seamless whenever she's serving me.

I ordered an extra-large drink, but I was given what looked like a large cup that was only half full. On top of that, I could barely taste the espresso I had paid extra for.
