What’s the point of telling the drive thru speaker you have a mobile order if you’re going to have to explain it a second time at the window after they demand payment for someone else’s order? I don’t know why this particular Dunkin can’t figure out how to sequence a mobile order into their drive thru… have never had an issue at any other location or with their competitors. In fact, when this location first opened it wasn’t an issue. It’s only this last year or so. Is it a minor thing? Yeah, the first time. Very kind staff working today at around 5:30 a m. without ulterior motive also. Very clean, delicious food and coffee made just right at this Biesterfield Rd., Elk Grove Village location. The staff working this morning do not paint poor people in a negative light that come into the store I have noticed. Very nice guys! Very clean restroom as well.Vegetarian options: I know they have avocado toast, possibly they have more.
I'm not sure what the situation is with Dunkin' Corporate, but I'm certain they know that their cups leak coffee almost every time. Unfortunately, I can't continue to do business with Dunkin' until they fix this problem, so I'll have to find my coffee elsewhere.
Always incredibly fast service and drive through. The drinks are good, and they have good hours. I've tried many of the menu items here and they are mostly all delicious and are well priced. They also sell cakes and ice cream. Highly recommend coming here.

This Dunkin Donuts cafe is a very friendly place. Coffee and donuts are made fresh. Place is clean and so are coffee brewers. No bad aftertaste. Servise is excellent and very friendly.
The service at this restaurant is consistently very quick, especially at the drive-thru. The beverages are tasty, and their operating hours are quite convenient.
This DD has the freshest food, the best drinks, and the friendliest servers. Palatine comes in a close second, while Lake Zurich is just alright.
Nice place to cool off and get a drink and ice-cream. This is a Baskin Robin's place also...
