I've been coming to Dunkin' for over a year now, and the staff even knows my usual drink. As soon as I walk in, they confirm my order and start making it, usually with a friendly attitude. However, there have been a few occasions when my iced coffee arrived watery and bland. When I politely ask for it to be remade, one lady reacts with visible frustration, complaining in her own language right in front of me, which feels quite disrespectful. This has happened three or four times, and I'm no longer willing to tolerate it. Even when I say thank you, I'm often ignored. The customer service was terrible and the staff was rude. The cashier didn't seem to understand the difference between hot and cold drinks. I ordered a free iced drink through the app, but she ended up giving me a hot one and still charged me for it, even after scanning the barcode for the free drink. It seems like there was no training provided at all!
It’s very busy here. They got my order wrong and it took a while to remake it. The staff member seemed overwhelmed and frustrated but eventually corrected the order. The location is clean and open 24 hours with good parking. Overall, it’s okay—just plan ahead and check the location online before you go.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The man who was working there was quite unfriendly. When I asked why the online price differed from what I was charged, he responded in a rude manner and couldn’t provide any explanation. I definitely won’t be returning!

The lady who took my order was being obnoxiously loud while talking to her co-worker. On top of that I had ordered a medium iced French vanilla latte and she didn't even add the French vanilla syrup. The customer service at this Dunkin is awful.
Ordered decaf and made sure to confirm with the person who made it that it was indeed decaf coffee in the cup he gave me. He said yes, but he was lying. I order decaf for health reasons and I don't think it's acceptable that this happened.
Excellent service at Dunkin' every time I visit. Even after not coming for 8 months, the staff remembered me and were always cheerful. Their menu is great and offers something for everyone.
I usually rate Dunkin high. Not this one. Poor/rude customer service. Go to the one on Devon and Crawford. Worth the drive.
