I found it very inconvenient to enjoy my coffee and donuts only to discover that I couldn't use the bathroom or wash my hands. The door was locked, and the staff seemed indifferent to my needs. I experienced the same problem during my visit the previous week as well. When I asked about it, the staff mentioned that it was broken. However, it's been over two weeks since then, and the issue remains unresolved. The owner or manager needs to take this seriously and address the situation. This could lead to more dissatisfied customers and complaints.
I visited the restaurant today to order takeout. When I arrived, there were bags sitting on the counter with no names attached. I waited for my coffee, as there was nothing in the takeout area. A lady then asked what I was waiting for, and I mentioned I was waiting for a bagel twist. The guy who prepared it claimed he had mentioned it in the takeout area, but the bags were already there without names when I got there. Am I supposed to open bags and check what’s inside? It feels very unsanitary. This will be my last visit.
The woman with a scarf on her head scratched her clothes, wiped down the table and chair, and then prepared my food without changing her gloves. It was very unhygienic and off-putting. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
The staff appeared unmotivated and lacked greetings or smiles, leading to a disappointing customer service experience. On the bright side, the food was outstanding.
