I wish I could rate this place lower. The staff was very unaccommodating. I waited 25 minutes for a straightforward order, but they kept bringing out the wrong items. Many employees didn’t even know the contents of my order. The manager was equally indifferent. I will certainly avoid this location from now on.
We've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for ten years, and it truly has the BEST STAFF! They always greet us warmly as soon as we walk in and promptly have our daily coffee ready. Thank you all so much!
I had a fantastic experience! My latte was served completely full, not half-filled as usual, which I truly appreciated. The sandwich was also made perfectly, and the staff was friendly.
