Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I stopped in here on 9/11 at 7:15 pm and had a very bad experience with the two girls that we’re working. I got my order OK but I had locked my keys in my car and I am from out of state and it’s raining outside so I went back inside and asked for help. The light skinned blonde or brown haired girl was really rude and dismissive and basically said OK what do you want me to do about it which was embarrassing and then she said wait why don’t you call the nonemergency police and went to go get their number and then her and the other girl went across the restaurant and I said I get a new number day Sat back there and laughed at me over. I don’t know what because people like their keys in the car...

This photo shows the saddest donuts I have ever purchased. I bought a half dozen and one other Halloween vanilla cream-filled donut. It barely had a teaspoon of cream. These donuts were tiny, dry, and so unappetizing that even the squirrels wouldn't eat them. All of this for the price of $11.11. I will never buy them again. Kroger has sour cream glazed donut holes that are only $2.29 and are much better than these. Just a heads up.

I am not sure if this review is for Dunkin' Donuts or Baskin Robbins, so I will provide two separate reviews. Why clean the machines during business hours? Shouldn't this be done after closing? This morning on 9/25/22, I stopped by to order my usual strawberry banana smoothie, only to be told that the machine was being cleaned. Let's try not to be like McDonald's, okay? Sheesh.

The staff at this restaurant is always exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient. The donuts are wonderful. Even though we live in Detroit, we make it a point to visit regularly to see our adult son at nearby LifePoints and always make a stop at this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

5 stars for the coffee as always and the awesome service. 1 star for the donuts. I bought a dozen at 0730am and they were all stale. Not fresh at all. Had the same experience a week later on the weekend.
