Don't go on Sunday morning if your in a rush. The ladies inside are kind, approachable, and attempted to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. Now I'm not sure if he was getting overwhelmed or not having the greatest morning but the only man back there on sandwiches was not. He got mad when the lady simply asked how long he would be on the orders inside the building. He started speaking in his native language and slung the box my sandwich was in at me. Because of the plexiglass I couldn't reach out and another customer had to reach around the plexiglass to give it to me. My hand was out so he could have handed it to me. If I could give this dunkin 0 stars I would. They are very rude and will have you standing at the register for a long time to be waited on. The staff talks in there language very loudly shouting at times to each other?. Very unnecessary. On top of that theyare consistently getting orders WRONG. Don?t bother using the bathroom if your a female they closed it off for ?employees only?so u have to use the mens and they don?t put any toilet paper in their either. That?s discrimination.
I used to visit this Dunkin Donuts and the service was much better in 2019. However, in 2022, they have new staff who spend their time chatting and playing, completely ignoring their duties at the register (rude). The establishment needs a better working environment and improved customer service. Two staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
This dunkin needs a whole new batch of employees. I have never written a review before. 1 star is seriously pushing it. This establishment needs a negative star scale.

I really enjoyed everything at this restaurant. The coffee was nice and hot, and my go-to favorites are the bagel with veggie cream cheese.
