This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating when Erin is working. She knows how to make your drink just the way you like it. However, if she is not there, it's not worth your time or money. It's better to call ahead and ask. I ordered an iced coffee with 6 pumps of caramel, but they still couldn't get it right. They seemed annoyed when I had to bring it back. Apparently, adding 6 pumps of caramel is a difficult task for them.
Horrible customer service! Only Dunkin near me and everytime I go the person on the headset is ALWAYS RUDE and trying to rush me through my order. My food is never right. They don’t let you add on at the window and expect you to go back in a long line to order 1 thing because their employees can’t even take orders right!
I asked for extra cold foam… but I got 1/2 a coffee. And I got charged the full price for a FULL MEDIUM COFFEE PLUS 70 CENTS FOR THE EXTRA COLD FOAM. this is a joke. Also got snakin bacon, it’s not even hot. Wish I got a cup on the side of the cold foam instead of this. Waste Of my money. Not coming back!!!
This restaurant is fantastic! The coffee, food, and staff are all wonderful. The prices are fair and the place is very clean. You can relax, chat, and enjoy the atmosphere. The food quality is top-notch, I would rate it 5 out of 5. Overall, a great place to dine! Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff at this restaurant were impolite, the sandwiches were below average, and the management was deceitful. I recommend going to Curry Donuts instead, where you will receive a free donut with a large coffee and the staff are much more pleasant.
NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT. TOLD ME THAT FRANK KNEW HE MESSED UP AND I CAN COME BACK WHEN I GOT A CHANCE. NOW ALL OF SUDDEN THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND I NEED A RECEIPT BOZOS! I would give 0 stars if I could.
Your restaurant, Dunkin' Donuts, has run out of all varieties of donuts in every location in the Wilkes-Barre area except for two. This is disappointing and unacceptable.
