Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I purchased two sausage, egg and cheese croissants Sunday (10/8) morning. I usually treat myself during the week. When the sandwiches were delivered they were made completely different. The sausage had a weird aftertaste like it had been sitting in dishwater. The egg was a rubbery disk and there were no crisp buttery edges anywhere on it. The sandwich was inedible. As hungry as we were we had to throw them out. I called Dunkin to let them know that something was off and the manager politely listened and offered me replacement breakfast sandwiches. She took my name and said that I could give my name and get two more this week.The following morning we went to get the sandwiches and were turned away with no sandwiches because they couldn't reach someone on the phone at 11:30 in the morning to give them permission! Like strangers pull up everyday giving their whole name asking for free $4 breakfast sandwiches! I had to find another place to get a breakfast sandwich for the 2nd day in a row. Normally those breakfast sandwiches are fabulous because I get one or two a week.

The staff are never decent here. They seem like they hate their life, job, and customers. The lattes we ordered were bitter, the bacon that we ordered had no seasoning when it was supposed to. They were out of the donuts we wanted as well and wouldn’t make more. The guy at the showed up at the window to hand us our bacon gave us the nastiest and meanest look. Won’t return, stick with other Dunkins or Starbucks.

How is this place making any money? They never have donuts. They never open the lobby. The drive through must have been designed by a failing high school student and the service is atrocious. They should just change the name to halfasses drinks that never have the stuff it needs like lemon or SUGAR! Seriously go down the road to Kristy Kreme.

Asked to pull around for one coffee, one donuts and 10 donut holes. Ended up going inside after waiting and then had to repeat my order 3 more times and my coffee was wrong.

Stood at counter for 15 minutes today around 2:30pm and couldn't get any service. Workers didn't even acknowledge our existence at the counter. Won't go back.
