Brought elderly friend for lunch today. Awful experience. Ordered 2 egg sandwiches on untoasted croissants, coffee and soda. After waiting 15 min for dine in order, staff admitted they forgot, then gave us over toasted sandwiches. Mostly inedible. At least they gave free hash browns for delay and coffee was OK. My friend was so disgusted by everything, she did not want order corrected. I counted 7 employees mostly chatting with each other. Dining room was not clean. And to top it off, a joined us for lunch. Note it was not busy, few customers which is unusual for this time of day. Bottom line, I will be looking for new Dunkin location.
No one is coming to Dunkin for the exquisite cuisine but the service here is insanely efficient. Is the manager a former drill sergeant? I got through the line at 8:30 AM in a busy area all within the duration of one Billy Joel bop. I usually only eat here when I’m desperate but now that I know how convenient desperation is I’m sure I’ll be making more frequent stops.P.S. Lol at the review asking for Dunkin to hire educated people? Pretty sure no educated person is working here as a passion project for $15 an hour but prove me wrong
I Was Very Satisfied with getting a Fresh Hot Coffee with a blueberry muffin that helped me get Recharged after a sleepless night! It's not often someone gets a Fresh Hot coffee made to order though I was Very Satisfied with this Dunkin location because they have plenty of staff to help.i'm looking forward to coming back to this Dunkin again Very Soon!
It took seven people to process my breakfast order. Really? It seems there’s no issue with unemployment here. More training is definitely needed. Also, just a reminder: drive-thru customers are not more important than in-store customers. I felt ignored for far too long last week. Please work on improving the service at the Route 83 Rockville location.

The staff were so sweet! I placed a mobile order with 5 drinks. They got me in and out of line within a minute! Super fast service, the nicest crew I've ever met, and the environment was just immaculate. My coffees were also made correctly tasted phenomenal!! Best dunkin I've ever been to!!
I just wanted to say that Juanita is a pleasure there! she is so friendly whenever I come in, I complimented her yesterday when I saw her, there’s a few others that are super friendly and know me and talk to me when I come in.
I order here maybe a few days a month through the dunkin app. It's super easy, the staff members are friendly, and my orders have been pretty perfect each time! Consistently delicious, quick, and friendly!
I was the only customer in the restaurant, and it took ten minutes for anyone to come and take my order. The new girl was really nice, but the rest of the staff were simply a disappointment!
