After placing an order and which was promptly served, I asked for a refund because I was uncomfortable with the attitude of the staff. I was asked rudely why several times and expressed my discomfort with the service. I was asked to give back the food which I did. Upon receiving my money I was asked to give back the grape jelly which I did by dropping them in the hand of the cashier. He responded by hitting me with jelly by throwing it back into my car. Needless to say, I called the police that failed to show after 15 mins as I considered any incident of violence an attack. People are nice and service was quick.I ordered a medium regular hot latte with almond milk. But $7 was more than I wanted to pay especially since no syrup was added. So I got the small instead and it cost a little more than I had been paying for the medium. And the latte tasted more sweet than coffee even there was no syrup or sugar added. Latte not strong and too sweet.

They have these Everything Bagel Minis that are amazing, and just the right size. There's this young man who works there that gives impeccable customer service, and it's always with a smile. He is the reason I switched over to Dunkin for my everyday coffee fix. I think he said his name is Tyrone.

My food was horrible this Morning. My potatoes tots were Cold and My Sausage Egg Cheese was burnt. And the customer service was bad. Definitely wouldn't suggest anyone going here. I should've got a refund. A waste of my hard earned money and time. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm a frequent customer at this location but after dealing with Rajyi and Rickie several times I realized I only need to come when certain employees are there. Besides dealing with their nasty customer service my iced coffee is always nasty.

Restrooms are not clean at all. We stopped at this location for a coffee and it was a mistake. Women’s restroom is locked and they didn’t allow us to use it. My mother had to use men’s restroom and it is terribly dirty, no soap, no tissues.

My only complaint with this location is that they do not automatically provide napkins or straws. They will gladly give them to you when you ask. The coffee is always great!
